Waverley Borough Council (WBC) is looking for a partner to provide technical support for our mail and telephony systems, using Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync and Sonus gateways. WBC will asses the quality of the proposal from appropriate references, defined service level agreements and any stated added value that the supplier can provide.
