Lot 1 - External Service Delivery of Financial Management Services - This Lot covers the provision of financial management services to the Authority, relating to the Authority's commercial operations, which include eFlow (barrier free tolling on the M50), Dublin Tunnel, Motorway Service areas and PPP tolling schemes (of which there are current eight) Lot 2 - General Financial Advisory Services to the Authority - This Lot covers the provision of general financial, audit and advisory services to the Authority (including, but not limited to, matters such as tax, VAT, organisation and business process improvements). These services may include: PPP Contract Administration Advisory Services; Authority Toll Operations Advisory Services; Authority General Finance Advisory Services; Internal and External Audit and Human Resources Management Services. Note to register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the etenders web site @ http://www.etenders.gov.ie/ The Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) and the NRA are due to merge and all functions of the two bodies are anticipated to be performed by the merged body. The timeline for this merger has not been finalised. While the operational name of the merged body has yet to be finally decided, the term “Authority” shall be taken to mean the NRA and the merged body. In carrying out their respective functions the NRA and the RPA both undertake various financial management operations and other business support activities.
