Distribution of Leicestershire Matters

Leicestershire Matters is delivered to every household in Leicestershire (280,000+ households) up to three times a year. The newsletter will ideally be delivered on a solus basis, but if it is delivered with other items they should not be included within the journal, or cover up the journal in any way. The initial requirement is to distribute up to six issues, but the Council reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a further three deliveries. The initial period for the contract is between 1st February 2016 to 31st January 2018 and any further requirement will be in the period up to 31st January 2019. The journal weighs 35gms and is 16 pages; however, from time to time this may vary if insertions or extra pages are included. The current page size is 210mm x 280mm.
