CP1185-15 Provision of Passenger Transport DPS

Devon County Council is advertising the opportunity for suppliers to be shortlisted to come onto the Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) This Dynamic Purchasing System has been split into Lots with each Lot relating to a particular passenger transport service requirement: Lot 1 - Passenger Carrying Vehicles (PCV) contracted transport (including the option for the provision of contractor escorts) Lot 2 - Hackney / Private Hire transport (including the option for the provision of contractor escorts) Lot 3 - Driver and Escort provision for the fleet of Devon County Council vehicles Lot 4 - Ambulance transport and qualified crew Lot 5 - Public transport Lot 6 - Other car provision (including the option for the provision of contractor escorts) To give suppliers further information on the Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System Devon County Council will be holding a number of supplier drop-in events. A number of Devon County Council staff will be on site to give further information, answer any queries and help suppliers register on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk The supplier drop-in events will be held between 10 am ? 3 pm on the following dates: Monday 7th December at Civic Centre, North Walk, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 1EA, Thursday 10th December at Christie Room, Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay, TQ1 3DR, Tuesday 15th December at Larkbeare House, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon, EX2 4NG Suppliers do not need to book in, they should just turn up on the day between the hours of 10 am ? 3 pm. If suppliers are unable to make any of the dates this will not hinder their chances of getting onto the Dynamic Purchasing System as all questions and answers from the supplier drop-in events will be logged and then published on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk
