The Authority is seeking a partner who can obtain funding and then design, build and operate a specialised housing with care scheme (including the provision of care and support), suitable for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment at the site of the former The Atherstone Centre, North Street, Atherstone CV9 1JN. The Authority is seeking bids for the whole provision (i.e. build and care) and providers may wish to work together to deliver this scheme (for example through a consortium/ joint-venture etc).
