Tender description

This procurement competition relates to the provision of a Vendor and Process Project management services by a suitably qualified and experienced individual who will be able to able to manage the implementation of Financial Management Shared Services across 47 in-scope Public Service Bodies (PSBs). Along with expertise in financial management, the individual will have the strong technological background and practical know-how needed to deliver this major transformational change programme involving the rationalisation of 82 financial management systems deployed across 47 different Bodies. The FMSSC will be based in a multi-site location, with a single governance structure, a common technology platform, single licence agreement with each technology provider, standardised processes and Service Management Agreements with Customer Departments/Public Service Bodies. The FMSSC will be located across three centres in Galway, Killarney and Tullamore. This competition is being conducted by the Office of Government Procurement ("OGP") on behalf of the Contracting Authority
