CP1185-15 Provision of Passenger Transport DPS

Tender description

The Authority invites you to become an Admitted Participant on CP1185-15 Provision of Passenger TransportDynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as from 2nd April 2016. Once you become an Admitted Participant youwill then be able to receive route tender quote documents and be able to tender for this work as and when it becomes available. The DPS covers the following areas of work: Lot 1 - PCV contracted transport (including option for provision of Contractor Escorts) Lot 2 - Hackney / Private Hire transport (including option for provision of Contractor Escorts) Lot 3 - Driver and Escort provision Lot 4 - Ambulance Transport to include qualified crew Lot 5 - Public transport Lot 6 - Other car provision (including option for provision of Contractor Escorts) The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will be uploaded to www.supplyingthesouthwest.org,uk on theafternoon of Thursday 3rd December 2015 Please note that suppliers who were approved under the Provision of Passenger Transport DPS reference CP718-11 (expiring 1st April 2016) will not automatically transfer over to the new DPS and must apply to join.Only successful suppliers who become Admitted Participants will be invited to bid for new transport routes as of2nd April 2016.
