Tender description
Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint a Supplier to provide Slurry Sealing Emulsion and Stabilizer. The Contract will be awarded for the 2016 and 2017 season with a works period between 1.4.2016 and 31.12.2017. The anticipated contract value is estimated at 140 000 GBP for the initial two years of the fixed term of the contract. Depending on the Suppliers performance the Contract can be extended for a further 1+1 years making a maximum length of 4 years in total. The Goods shall be provided under the terms and conditions of the NEC3 supply short contract ? April 2013, published by Thomas Telford Limited. The Goods are: a. K3-60 bituminous emulsion (intermediate grade) PLUS. b. K3 Stabilizer. To maximise operational efficiency the Contract will be let as one lot. Estimated value excluding VAT: 140 000 GBP
