Tender description
Leicestershire County Council is seeking to identify and appoint a Supplier to provide Slurry Sealing Emulsion and Stabilizer. The Contract will be awarded for the 2016 and 2017 season with a works period between April 1st 2016 and Dec 31st 2017. The anticipated contract value is estimated at £0.14m. Depending on the Suppliers performance the Contract can be extended for a further 1+1 years making a maximum length of 4 years in total. The Goods shall be provided under the terms and conditions of the NEC3 supply short contract - April 2013, published by Thomas Telford Limited. The Goods are: a. K3-60 bituminous emulsion (intermediate grade) PLUS b. K3 Stabilizer Keywords: Slurry, Sealing, emulsion, stabilizer
