Tender description

NHS England London Region invites Expressions of Interest and completed PQQ applications from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers able to deliver Primary Medical Services under an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract. 16 APMS contracts are offered in different parts of London, forming the 4th tranche (T4) of London’s APMS procurement programme. Potential providers are invited to express an interest in one or more of these opportunities. The outline details of the current procurements are as follows: • NHS England (London Regional Teams) Commissioning Approach. • A standard APMS Contract has been developed by NHS England’s London Regional Teams • The proposed contract term shall be 5 years with an option to extend for up to 5 further years • A standard pricing regime will be used for all new proposed APMS contracts. • A common service specification that builds on the most up to date GMS requirements will be used • The contract will incorporate a suite of KPIs and standard performance monitoring arrangements. The proposed contracts are as follows: Lot 1 - Boundary Court Surgery, N18 Lot 2 - The Wembley Practice, HA0 Lot 3 - The Burnley Practice, NW10 Lot 4 - Canberra Old Oak Surgery, W12 Lot 5 - Chalfont Road Surgery, N9 Lot 6 - The Chestnuts Park Surgery, N15 Lot 7 - Cross Hall Surgery, BR5 Lot 8 - Hanley Primary Care Centre, N4 Lot 9 - Kings Park Surgery, RM3 Lot 10 - Loxford Surgery, IG1 Lot 11 - Mollison Way Practice, HA8 Lot 12 - Mitchison Road Surgery, N1 Lot 13 - Orchard Village Practice, RM13, Lot 14 - Sinha Medical Teaching Practice, E13 Lot 15 - Soho Square General Practice, W1D Lot 16 - Sudbury Surgery, HA0 NHS England London Regional is operating an e-Procurement process via the link provided below. Interested Applicants wishing to participate in this procurement activity must express an interest by registering their details and completing the PQQ available from the portal website at: https://procontract.due-north.com/register. If you are not already registered on the portal you will need to register. Guidance on how to register is attached. Once you have completed this you will need to look for "Current Opportunities". Within this area there will be a project called " APMS GP contract opportunities in London". Click the link for the opportunity and in the right hand box on the screen titled: Expression of Interest Window, please log-in and register your interest in this opportunity. Please follow the instructions to express an interest. You should then receive two emails; 1: advising that you have successfully registered your interest, 2: advising you that the documents are now available to download. You will then need to log back into to the portal to access and download the documentation. Please note that by expressing an interest you are NOT committing yourself to submit a bid. The closing date for submission of PQQ is: 12.00pm (NOON) on 8th December 2015. Submissions received after the above date and time may not be accepted.
