First Wessex - Totland Security/Concierge Service

Tender description

First Wessex is tendering for a Concierge Service in Totland Close flats in Farnborough. The service shall operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the front desk/office located at the main entrance of the flats. The service will be provided by a specialist security and support agency facilitating an enhanced security and customer service orientated concierge service. The current service employs three members of staff who work in a two shift system at the desk seven days a week, between 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 - with one staff member during the day and two at night. They work in a pattern of four days on and three days off. All staff are Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed. Keywords: Security, Concierge
