London Borough of Tower Hamlets invites suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to carry an analysis of 3 commissioning options and evaluate which option would provide Best Value for the future delivery of the Council?s waste management services. The review will cover 3 separate service areas, as the Council recognizes that the best value option may be different for different services. The 3 service areas for review are: ? Street and Associated Environmental Cleansing Services. ? Refuse, Dry Recycling and Organic (food and garden) Waste Collection Services. ? Commercial Waste Service
