Bidder Event - Supply, Installation & Operation of LED Advertising Screens & TV Screens in Various Torbay Locations DATES and VENUES as follows: Monday 18 January 2016 - 10.00 - 13.00 Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay TQ1 3DR Tuesday 19 January 2016 - 10.00 - 13.00 Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay TQ1 3DR The Authority is undertaking market research into the possible solutions and innovative ideas around offering advertising space on large LED Screens on the following prominent sites in Torbay: Windy Corner, Churston Ferrers - Junction of Brixham Road and Dartmouth Road A3022/A379; Tweenaway Cross, Paignton - Junction of Totnes Road and Brixham Road; The Willows, Torquay - Junction of Browns Bridge Road and Riviera Way; Hollicombe Railway Bridge, Preston A3022 - Junction with Wheatridge Lane, Torquay. In addition it is intended to provide large TV screens to provide the public with access to, for example, sporting events at the following sites: Princess Gardens, Torquay Torre Abbey Meadow, Torquay Paignton Green The aim of the Bidder Events is to consult with providers on the best way forward in delivering this project to maximize income for the Authority and to give providers the opportunity to present and discuss their proposed solutions with the Authority's representatives. Following this Bidder Event the way forward decided by the Authority will be subject to a Public Procurement Tender Process. To reserve your place(s) please email procurement.team@torbay.gov.uk.
