Tender description

Name: Primary Expansion Works phase 2 at St Martin's Primary School. Nature: Classroom Extensions and work to existing. Location: St Martins Primary School, Wallace Road, Bradley WV14 8BS. The Works comprise the construction of a new three classroom block attached to the existing buildings, alteration works to the existing school, the provision of additional car parking spaces and all associated works including paving, landscaping, and services installations. The Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 Edition, issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works Anticipated Start on site: 15th February 2016 Anticipated Finish on site: 02nd September 2016
