Tender description

EEM on behalf of its members would like to establish a framework for a fully independent specialist elevator, escalator and access equipment consultancy service. During the course of the Framework we will be looking for the consultancy provider to carry out; Maintenance Management Services, Surveys and Condition Reports, Project Management , CDM Duties and Expert Witness . EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector such as NHS hospitals, Universities and Police Authorities.
