Tender description

The University are looking for a supplier to provide ILM services. There are a number of leadership and management programmes that are offered in-house in conjunction with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education at a senior level and ILM qualifications at a first line manager and team leader level. To ensure that the ILM activities across the University are co-ordinated, cost effective and meet the needs of both the University and the individual, Durham University is seeking to appoint an external consultant to work with the training and development providers at the University. Annually the University training and development team runs the following programmes with approximately 14 members of University staff attending each programme one ILM level 2 Team Member Award (incorporated as part of MOSAIC development programme): one ILM level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills one ILM endorsed programme in Leadership (aimed at level 3 standards) one ILM endorsed programme Realising your Potential approach in Leadership (aimed at level 4 standards) one ILM endorsed coaching and mentoring programme (aimed at level 3 standards) ILM programmes have been running at the University for over fourteen years and are made available to all University staff from across the institution.
