Futures Housing Group is embarking on an exciting integrated programme of change (including culture) right across the Group. In order to deliver this programme, we are looking for a single supplier to help plan and deliver it. The programme will incorporate work streams including People & Culture, Leadership and Customer Service. Our desired approach is to work collaboratively with our chosen partner to incorporate our values and corporate plan into a change programme which will equip our staff and managers will the skills to deliver it and the organisational framework to support delivering and sustaining the change. 'Train the trainer' is our desired approach for the programme. We are seeking to embed a culture of delivering 'effortless customer services' through efficient, end to end processes. Our aim is to have an organisation which understands and focuses on delivering to customer need and also being easy to do business with. Our underlying methodology for improving our business is a systems thinking approach. It is essential that our chosen partner has a thorough understanding of systems thinking so that all workstreams are consistent with the underlying methodology.
