GMIT Catering Company Ltd is inviting tenders under the open procedure for the establishment of a multi-operator framework agreement for the supply of lots as follows: Lot 7 Sandwiches Lot 7(a) Luxury pre-made, Ready-to-Eat or heat Under lot 7(a) GMIT Catering Company is seeking a solution to provide high quality gourmet pre-made Panini, mezzaluna, flat bread and other filled bread type products and items such as individual quiches and pies which can be heated / toasted in a merrychef and served in a barista style café. Please provide additional information under this lot. The duration of the framework agreement will be for 3 years. For the avoidance of doubt, the period for delivery of any subsequent contract entered into under each framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of that framework. The total annual combined spend for these lots for 2014 was €43k. Display equipment will be required as part of this framework – see Appendix J
