Project Aims and Objectives The aim of the Tender is to create a Framework Agreement of suitable Service Providers, of Due Diligence services in relation to the Green Shoots Plus project, for beneficiaries to call off from. Aims of Green Shoots Plus Project: • To grow the aforementioned economies and to provide some financial stability for small-to-medium sized organisations operating within their geographical boundaries • To support companies in their pursuit of business opportunities that will create future growth, product development and innovation opportunities but which they would not be able to engage in without the Green Shoots Plus Programme • To ensure that the funding it allocates is granted to organisations that have the capacity and capability to maximise the opportunity and to generate a return on investment in terms of business sustainability and growth • To deliver value for money on behalf of the funders. The following pass/fail requirements apply • The ability to provide an objective and independent standpoint for each assignment. • Professional Indemnity Insurance cover with a minimum base of at least £2m for any one claim. • The capacity to provide up to three (3) Key Officers (engaged as Partners/Directors) with the relevant expertise to the audit process to ensure that work can be directed by a competent substitute when necessary. • Officers to be assigned to the Due Diligence work are entitled to perform audits under CA 2006. • The Responsible Officer (Partner/Director) for this assignment will have a relevant track record with over a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience and skill necessary to perform the Due Diligence work. • Each Due Diligence service is to be completed for a maximum price of £750 including VAT. • The Successful Service Providers must Please register on Bravo Solution using the link below to find out more https://wlv.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html?_ncp=1447172768798.144617-1
