Tender description
Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (North Midlands) and Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (the Contracting authority) are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for the villages of Creswell & Langwith in Bolsover district of Derbyshire. The Contracts will be for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to 5 years (60 months). The ITT is now available and the deadline for responses is 12:00, 04.12.15.
