Tender description

Please note that all clarifications are to go through Robin Thompson, who is managing this process on behalf of Epping Forest District Council. Epping Forest DC is seeking a partner to deliver leisure management services including the design and build of Waltham Abbey Pool, and the operation of a further 3 leisure centres. The Authority requires a partner to deliver leisure management services on its behalf to include Design, Build, Operate and Maintain of a new facility to replace Waltham Abbey Swimming Pool. Long term operation and investment in Epping Sports Centre, Ongar Sports Centre and Loughton Leisure Centre. The authority is seeking a long term contract of between 15 - 25 years.
