Chichester District Council - Provision of a Pest Control Service

Tender description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide a pest control service within the Chichester District on a concession basis whereby all payments shall be made by members of the general public (the Customer). The Services to be provided includes but is not limited to the control of rats, mice, squirrels and insect pests which are detailed in the schedules. The Services to be carried out will not normally cover the carrying out of pest control work on business, commercial or industrial premises, except in so far as is necessary to enable the Employer to carry out its statutory duty by undertaking surveys or inspections or where the Employer owns / manages the land / property. The Concession will commence on the 1st February 2016 or sooner by agreement, and terminate on the 31st January 2020.
