Tender description

The Quality Improvement Division is funding a test of concept – the use of a quality improvement front line ownership methodology and development of front line ownership coaches for the HSE, with one hospital over a five month period. The test will commence October 2015 and run to February 2016 inclusive. If this feasibility assessment is successful this may result in a significant programme of work over the following two years.
