Porters Lodge, Replacement and Refurbishment Works

Goldsmiths University of London, require a new Porters Lodge to be installed on the site of an existing dilapidated hut. The Lodge will be used as a base for the porters and will have an office, a kitchen / dining area, changing room, WC and store room. There are up to 12 porters on duty at one time, with 16 in total. The site can be accessed via the University’s St James entrance as indicated on the attached drawings. The existing hut is sitting on concrete pads and so the foundations will need to be designed and adapted to suit. As part of your price please allow for site clearance and landscaping, including access steps / ramp. You are invited to submit a quote for supplying and installing a single storey prefabricated timber clad building at Goldsmiths, University of London. Your quote is to be on a fixed price basis (exclusive of VAT) and no increase in quoted sums will be accepted by the College for any reason; other than by a variation order issued by the College. You are invited to visit the site to see the location and access restrictions. Please contact Helen Buck to arrange this.
