Market Engagement for the provision of a Managed Service for Trafford Council's IT estate Trafford Council is considering various options regarding the management of its IT contracts and how it can deliver significant annual savings. To assist in the decision making process the Council is wishing to undertake a piece of market engagement to try and understand what options are available to it in the management of a number of its contracts (attached). This is a market engagement exercise to understand the markets ability and willingness to provide a managed service to Trafford Council for the attached list of contracts. We are also inviting comments on this list and whether it is believed that splitting this list out into appropriate lots would be more beneficial. You are asked to provide your responses to this market engagement exercise via the Chest by 2pm on Monday 9th November 2015.
