NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 October 2015 for the following reason: Amended to show value over contract term as opposed to annual valueThe Provider shall provide quality, on-site GP medical cover for 16-18 beds on Wareham Community Hospital, (from Monday to Friday) and call back visits when not on site if requested by clinical or nursing staff on the ward, from Monday to Friday 0800-1830hrs 52 weeks per year excluding bank and public holidays. Revisits are non-guaranteed and are at the discretion of the GP and will be based on clinical need as determined by the GP
