Tender description

This Tender is for the replacement of Fire Rated and Non -Fire Rated doors where requred and coversall Cheltenham Borough Council's (CBC) domestic housing stockand leasehold properties which are managed by Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH). The housing stock is contained within the Borough of Cheltenham and total approximately 5000 dwellings of which approximately 50% are contained within blocks no higher than 5 storeys. In brief, this tender includes -Providing Fire rated and non Fire rated doors to that meet all requirements of the Contract documents -Providing a comprehensive specification and esign advisory service to assist CBH with the selection of GRP doors; -Undertaking compliance and measurement surveys; -Providing a first class installation service including the remoal and disposal of existing units; -Provision of a comprehensive quality auditing system; -Provision of a computerised 'as installed' product schedules
