Tender description

Provision of the System Software,Hosting and Support Services for the contract term. Monitoring & reporting ­ the service provider will monitor operational status, i.e. that the forms component is operational and that transaction requests are being successfully processed, and will report to GDS by exception; in addition, a performance report to be available on request. Hosting Performance: able to serve dynamically created forms in under 5 seconds when handling 10 concurrent requests, based on the size of the Temporary Event Notice form (1.5 MB); this should be scalable to meet changing demand. All existing and new forms will be available in both preview and production environments to allow full user acceptance testing prior to being made available to the public.
