Student Lifecyle Management Project

Tender description

The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Student Lifecycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are: a thorough appraisal of potential options for, and opportunities that might be realised from, a full Student Lifecycle Project; a full Business Case for the Student Lifecycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and non-financial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan. Activity will include: • mapping the student lifecycle and identifying all key business processes; • identifying and gaining agreement on business processes that will form the scope of the Student Lifecycle Project; • stakeholder agreement and communications; • documenting and gaining agreement on high level requirements and use cases; • delivery phase definition; • identifying investment costs; • identifying benefits; • identifying risks and issues; • preparation of a business case. All work to be completed no later than 30th June 2016
