Tender description

The works comprise of the carrying out of permanent and temporary works to the underside of the structural deck of the Seacombe Ferry Terminal Building, Wallasey Merseyside, CH44 6QY. The works will generally include the following:- - Repair/replacement of existing steel decking - Structural concrete repairs - Repair/replacement of supporting structural steelwork - Surface preparation and specialist marine coating system application The works are located over the River Mersey and will be affected by tidal, climatic and environmental events and therefore experience of working on similar projects in similar environments is essential.
