Facilitation and Strategic Development Services to the SMT

Tender description

To support the Senior Management Team (SMT) in developing a 3-year Strategy for English Heritage starting in April 2016. Objective is to publish a strategy in March 2016 which has the buy in of Board, SMT, staff and key stakeholders. To review initial outputs from Board strategy session in September and develop an agenda for a senior staff workshop, scheduled for 8 October, for 40 people to take forward the broad objectives. To facilitate on the day. To facilitate two further SMT meetings, providing support to the Directors individually and/or collectively, in further developing the strategy. To facilitate a final strategy review with the Board. A key objective of this process is to ensure complete alignment at the top of the organisation with the final plan, to which all staff will have had the opportunity to contribute.
