Cheltenham Borough Council and Tewkesbury Borough Council are seeking to appoint experienced consultants either individually or via consortium bids to undertake a needs assessment and strategy setting out recommendations and local standards for the provision of facilities and infrastructure including green space, indoor sport and recreation facilities, and community and faith facilities.
