Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for Balderton Primary Care Centre on behalf of NHS England (North Midlands) and Newark and Sherwood CCG

NHS Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (ARDEN & GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (North Midlands) and Newark and Sherwood Clinical Commissioning Groups are inviting suitably qualified providers to bid for the re-procurement opportunity for Balderton Primary Care Centre – Newark, Nottinghamshire . NHS England and Commissioners are looking for a modern, patient-centred model that is user friendly and culturally sensitive that considers all of the national and local public health targets. The model will need to include provision of the following: • Essential Services • All Additional Services • Directed Enhanced Services • Development of innovative service provision with Clinical Commissioning Groups around strategic ambitions which include integration, collaboration and use of technologies. The Contracts will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up 5 years (60 months).
