Tender description
Following WITs successful Science Foundation Ireland Research Infrastructure Grant application, 12/RI/2337, for a FAME Testbed, WIT is currently seeking to select a Company (or Companies) to supply the Institute with: The building blocks for to implement the FAME Testbed; enabling study in a realistic network setting such areas as federation, autonomics, network virtualisation and cloud infrastructure optimisation. The exemplar applications for these areas will be Unified Communications and Social Networks.
