Invitation to tender for the provision of maintenance of digital TV and radio installations to high & low rise properties Closing submission date: Completed online questionnaire, with all mandatory and relevant attachments uploaded and submitted through the Sandwell In-tend Supplier portal by no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 4th November 2015 Please Note: The Council will not be able to view any tender return until after the closing date and time has passed after which they will be opened by a senior officer. Strictly Confidential The tender covers the maintenance of digital TV and radio installations to high and low rise dwellings, there are currently 54 high rise blocks in the Borough containing 3001 individual dwellings and 8571 individual low rise dwellings. The contract is for a period of 4 years starting on 1st January 2016 and ending on 31st December 2019 These properties benefit from an integrated digital / satellite TV and radio installation. The maintenance and repair service shall offer next day cover, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The contract period is for 4 years with an annual budget of £125,000 which cannot be guaranteed.
