1.1 The Department for Transport (DfT) and London & Continental Railways (LCR) invites proposals for the provision of financial vendor due diligence in relation to the UK Government’s unitholding (”the UK Holding”) in King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (”KXCLP”). The UK Holding is currently owned by London & Contintental Railways (LCR). LCR is 100% owned by DfT.
