Tender description

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is the economic regulator of the water and sewerage sectors in England and Wales. We are here to make sure that the water companies provide household and business customers with a good quality service and value for money. Further details on the role of the Ofwat can be found at: www.ofwat.gov.uk. Ofwat has two offices, Birmingham and London. However, Ofwat is inviting tenders for its office cleaning services located in Birmingham, West Midlands only. We have circa 160 staff working across both offices. Our Birmingham office currently occupies circa 1362 square feet over 2 floors of Centre City Tower. The office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace. Ofwat is seeking a Contractor to provide office cleaning services for a period of 3 years; the anticipated contract start date is 11 January 2016. Please note: potential Contractors are invited to attend a site visit on 5 or 12 October 2015. There are two time slots available,10:30am and 2pm.
