Shoreline is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and capable contractor to install several new door entry systems at: Curzon Avenue 1-51 Cleethorpes DN9HJ Curzon Avenue 2-16 & 18-50 Cleethorpes DN35 9HD Curzon Court 10- 40 Cleethorpes DN35 9HE Sandringham Road 1-19A Cleethorpes DN35 9HA Sandringham Road 2-12 / Davenport Drive 101 – 117 DN35 9NB PLEASE NOTE THIS TENDER IS FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE ACCESS SYSTEM AND NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY DOORS. Contractors will be evaluated on the following criteria: 65% Price 35% Quality (Experience, Methodology, Resources/Programme, Compliance with Fire Regs) Any questions regarding the tender should be raised at the site visit or via the Correspondence function on Shoreline's Procurement Marketplace before 9th October 2015 A mandatory site visit is planned for Wednesday 7th October 2015 at 10AM at 10-40 Curzon Court, Grimsby NE Lincolnshire, DN35 9HE, please confirm your attendance by emailing cathy.taylor@shorelinehp.com . All sites will be visited so please allow enough time to attend all sites. RFQ issued: 1st October 2015 Site Visit: 10am 7th October 2015 Deadline for clarification questions: 9th October 2015 Deadline for quotation responses: By 12 noon on 21st October 2015 Anticipated start date: ASAP after quote award Shoreline have standardised all of its new door entry systems to KMS Simple Key 2. All systems offered through this RFQ should be fully compatible with this system and all of its current and future functionality. In the interest of transparency a full breakdown of all costs is required as part of your submission. Any tenderers not providing this may be excluded from the tender process.
