Establishment of a framework agreement for the design and implementation of a national communications plan for the Local Enterprise Offices

Tender description

Enterprise Ireland is seeking to enter into a single-operator framework agreement for the design and implementation of a national communications plan for the Local Enterprise Offices. The contract requires an experienced qualified marketing/communications /PR consultants to develop a national LEO communications plan in line with strategic objectives and positioning their key events and activities focused on target audiences in line with strategic objectives. It is anticipated that the contract will run for a twelve months period with the option to extend for a further twelve months, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
