Tender description

Gateshead Council’s Bereavement Services require an electronic administration management system. The system must allow the Council to meet it’s statutory duties in relation to burial and cremation legislation. In addition to the statutory requirements the system will record and archive details (and relevant correspondence) relating to graves, memorials, memorial safety and cremations. A reporting feature is required to allow production of statistical and informative reports in a variety of formats.
