South Dublin County Council request tenders for a skilled and experienced provider of Information Technology services to service the existing physical and software infrastructure on which SDCC’s • public access PC service operates and • outlying branch staff PC, library self-service terminals antivirus/malware software applications operate. • configuration and maintenance of staff switches SDCC’s objectives in implementing this tender include: • Provision of quality uninterrupted customer service at public access PCs across the South Dublin Libraries branch network and at related sites. • Provision of quality uninterrupted service on staff PCs • Provision of staff switched network services including IP and VOIP • The supplier will assume ownership of all support issues relating to South Dublin Libraries public access infrastructure. • The supplier will endeavour to resolve all support issues without involving the Library management. • The supplier's focus will be to allow the libraries to provide a continuous, uninterrupted service to the public on public access equipment.
