FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRICAL RE-WIRING, INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORKS

Tender description

South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework agreement for electrical installation and maintenance works on their portfolio of domestic properties The works will be on an as and when required basis and will include but not be limited to full and partial re-wires and general electrical maintenance and surveys, reports, plans and professional advice relating to all works covered by the framework agreement. The framework will be divided into two lots as follows. Lot 1 - Electrical re-wiring and installation works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - 1 to 5 properties per week. Lot 2 - Electrical re-wiring and installation works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - more than 5 properties per week. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers appointed to each lot dependent on number and quality of bids received. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots.
