Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders from bidders who wish to be part of its Framework to deliver Building Maintenance & Specialist Repair associated with the undertaking of Maintenance and Repair work Programmes for a period of three years plus one year period (3+1). Gloucestershire County Councils Asset Management and Property Services Department is responsible for the delivery of Capital Maintenance Works projects with a typical annual spend of £2,500,000 to £3,500,000 in recent years, however this is likely to reduce in future years. <b>The Framework Agreement will generally apply to projects ranging from nominal value to £15,000 although some projects may exceed this value.</b> To receive document please login and register your interest using the button below.
