DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER Description of Requirement: The National Oceanography Centre (NOC) has a number of Buildings (Waterfront Campus) which requires an Electrical Installation Condition Report undertaken in our programme year 2015. The Buildings are classified as research and higher educational. On completion of testing and inspection the Contractor shall provide an Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) or National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC) Condition Report, complete with a list of defects categorised with associated budget costs. B1.1 Scope of Works Bidders will be required to Inspect, test, certify and report on the fixed Electrical Installation of the main Building and annex Buildings as required by the Specification. The contract will be awarded based on the criteria set out in the sourcing documents.
