Electrical (Fire Safety) Testing, New Installations and Upgrades Contract 1022

Tender description

There are approximately 8,000 dwellings in communal blocks in the whole borough requiring testing, repair, upgrade or replacement of Lateral sub mains, Landlord's and domestic supplies. Note that some of the stock is within areas identified for regeneration and development, which is likely to lead to some loss of assets during the course of the contract. The annual value is approximately 1.5 000 000GBP. The Employer does not warrant or guarantee any level of works. Estimated Maximum Value of the life of the Contract inclusive of extensions would be 12,0000GBP Excluding VAT Works will commence on or about April 2016 and it is intended that the contract will end in April 2020 but may be subject to a first optional extension of two years extending the contract to April 2022 and a second optional extension of two years further extending the contract to April 2024
