Tender description

Assignment under the Market Research Framework MR130001 This research will test 3 new products currently being developed to assess their effectiveness in supporting the transfer of tax credits debt to UC or leaving the tax credits regime entirely. These are: • The Individual Debt Statement • The Consolidated Notice to Pay • A statement telling the customer that their Time to Pay agreement is being stopped. It will identify areas that customers find difficult and give an indication of where further supporting information is needed. The research and findings need to be completed by the end of July (or early August at the latest).
