Tender description

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to the delivery of a system that provides an effective method of managing the authorities meeting rooms and related resources, optimising their usage and incorporating an option to charge for those resources. The initial contract period will be for 3 years with the possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years in increments to a maximum of 5 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
