Contract Title: <strong>CLC 4977-WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMISSIONING OPTIONS REVIEW</strong> The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods. <strong>Description:</strong> London Borough of Tower Hamlets invites suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to carry an analysis of 3 commissioning options and evaluate which option would provide Best Value for the future delivery of the Council's waste management services. The review will cover 3 separate service areas, as the Council recognizes that the best value option may be different for different services. The 3 service areas for review are: Ø Street and Associated Environmental Cleansing Services. Ø Refuse, Dry Recycling and Organic (food and garden) Waste Collection Services. Ø Commercial Waste Service The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 19 October 2015 The <strong>estimated value</strong> of the contract is: Total Cost: between £25,000 - £45,000 For a <strong>period</strong> of: Two months Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download. Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to theirrepresentatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal. Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITT/PQQ.
