Tender description
The Department of Social Protection invites tenders for a consultancy service to review the Department’s operating culture and values, to articulate agreed culture and values and provide an approach to ensure the agreed culture and values underpin all aspects of the Department’s Work. The Department seeks advice on an approach to involve its 7,000 staff in this process and to communicate the agreed values to all staff. It also seeks advice on how to embed these values throughout the organisation and bring them to life through the actions, behaviours and attitudes of all staff.
