1-2-1 Business Support Service Evaluation

Quotations are invited for the proposal to conduct an evaluation of <b>the</b> <b>Broadband 1-2-1 Business Support Service </b>delivered in partnership with the<b> </b>East Midlands Chamber Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire <b>(EMC-DNL)</b> previously known as Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce (DNLCC). Leicestershire County Council is seeking to contract a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to evaluate the work carried out by the EMC-DNL who have supported Leicestershire small to medium enterprises to develop their ICT capability and harness new digital technology to grow and innovate. The main focus of the evaluation will be to assess the contribution made to the overall aims and objectives, and return on investment. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification - section 3. The Contract Term will be three months from the commencement date.
